At My Fox Bag, we want you to love your new accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in their original, unused condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Parcel
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
